Quick summary:
I am highly positive on releasing "Paizuri Paradise" this month. It will have 4 story parts, each one will be about 4-7 minutes long (not including story scenes), I can't give exact numbers, cause I'm still making adjustments. Overall it will be usual fap challenge, but instead of explaining it rules via text I just attaching rendered ingame tutorial, feel free to check it out.
Why does it takes more time for me to finish? As I told in previous update I made some changes 2 weeks ago. Originally I was planning this fap challenge around ZuriKitty animations, but in order it to fit story script I started adding a lot of other samples.
At the end I didn't like final result, animations style was drastically shifting from scene to scene, aspect ratio was all over the place, UI was constantly moving during the process. I made a descition to leave only ZurriKitty animations in it, so I had to completely rewrite the story, which I did, and now I'm in process of all rounds rework.
It also originally didn't have any BGM (except one specific scene, no spoilers), as you can see in tutorial segment: just slaps and ambient sounds. But I didn't like it either, it turned out to be too dry. Now I'm adding BGM and syncing beats, animations and SE sounds atleast in final scene of each round.
Next week:
I will be reworking all four main parts and adding BGM to it. Can't say how many of it I'll be able to finish this week, but from now on I'll try to post some tiny previews in each weekly update as well as more detailed info. Not all story scenes are finished yet, so I will have to work on it afterwards.
