September 2023 Exclusive Picture: Velma Dinkley and next month's poll

Velma from "Scooby-Doo" easily won last month's poll. This idea first came up during the "100th picture poll" from a couple of months back, so I'm glad to finally do something with it. I've also included a couple of variations with flat colors, to stay close to the original's color palette. Enjoy! Just a word of warning: I'm leaving on my yearly holiday in about two weeks' time, so this month's poll will only be active for a week. That way, I have enough time to finish next month's Exclusive before I leave. We're starting with a fresh poll, and this month's theme is "short-haired girls from shojo manga".
