Reaching temperatures of 28 degrees, the Wörthersee is a playground for anyone who loves making a splash, whether on water skis, a wakeboard or an SUP board, in a sailboat or motorboat. In addition to the water sports in summer, all sorts of leisure facilities and ways to slow down have developed away from the water in the countryside surrounding the lake over the past few years. Tip: Gravel bike tours to the "lost places". And Lake Wörthersee doesn’t disappoint with its food either, boasting a total of 20 Gault Millau toques and delightful lakeside terraces.
