However if anyone grew like your videos show, their skin would split like crazy everywhere. I have seen Juicers do this to their skin. The stretch marks are painful and sometimes leave scars. And that's with growth that occurs over weeks and months. I can't imagine going from lean to bodybuilder in a matter of minutes, like Dustin did in 'The Coach'. Oh, but the feeling would likely be incredible! What a pump THAT would be!

2025-03-22 06:22:16 +0000 UTCWell, about twenty-five years ago, when I had the time and money for that game, I was spending very little on protein powders. They used a lot of soy products in them and my body's reaction to that was... unpleasant. Likewise with the Creatine craze. All the stuff did was make me fart constantly. Having some connections with some old professional bodybuilders I began to suck up my shyness and ask them some rather searching questions about diet. These were fellows with advanced titles like Mr America and so on. I switched to raw milk products and a few other things, along with a very basic high protein diet. Things finally came together and gained seventy-five pounds over four years. My food bill in the nineties was around six hundred dollars a month. That was just for me. It was only three hundred for the rest of my family. I was widowed and a single parent of a little boy and supported my mother as well. Anyway it worked out to $384 per pound of muscle gained. That doesn't include gym memberships and all of that jazz. We ate a lot of chicken, pork, and Roast Beef and a wide variety of veggies both cooked and raw. Used to buy eggs five dozen at a time several times a month. Drove dear old Mum nutzo because I was eating eight meals a day. It seemed to her that I was always stuffing my face! #:~D) But it worked, for the short while I was able to keep it up. A good job helped a lot too. My co-workers said I began to look rather scary. How the hell does someone in a lab coat with a pocket protector and glasses look scary? Laughed my ass off when they began to tell me that. Felt good to hear it though. Then again my thighs were thirty inches, Calves were eighteen inches and arms twenty. Keep in mind I was six-foot-four as well. My chest... Oi! I needed some of that concoction of the story's college lab to get my chest and back to grow. Of course, going from skeletaly skinny to wiry or lean is at least some improvement. Took me twenty years of experimenting off and on to do this. There really isn't much of anything pertaining to bodybuilding that is geared (or wasn't at that time) towards the Ectomorphic bodytype. Almost everything is focused on the Mesomorphic (natural athlete) or endomorphic (overweight needing to lose weight). Add to it, I have narrow shoulders and wide hips. Big legs with nothing up top. Well grounded anyway. #;~P Once I started driving Commercially, things kind of fell apart. Now I'm old and it's too late. I really regret having to give it up. Kinda miss the gym sometimes. My back wasn't so painful when it was in condition. Sorry about the life story. A hazard of getting old, I'm afraid.
