Hi friends! Gosh, already the tail end of February. Felt like January lasted forever and with this month I barely got a chance to know her. Grateful for the bonus day tomorrow.

It also means less than a month till spring! Unless you live in Florida, in which case, despite the excessive amount of leaves falling off the oaks this past week giving the quiet illusion of autumn, feels like pollinated spring may already be here. We here in the everglade state call this allergy season, and boy is is it whipping our household hard this week. Been slightly under the weather lately while still doing my dangest to nail out two drawn comic pages a day.

Between all that, I'm also trying to get through my queue of watercolor sketches for patrons. And nothing rings in the springtime season (at least to me) like a drawing of Poison Ivy (of the Gotham variety).

Snapped a few extra process pics of this one which you can cycle though in the image carousel. Went back and forth a lot on having Pamela either hold a little plant guy or the heart shaped trap and ultimately I just asked my wife which she preferred and that's how we ended up with the above. Maybe my next drawing of Ivy I'll bring the little plant guy back.
