I didn't want to add text to these renders so I will write it down here so you can enjoy the render without text on it and know what is going on in them ^^

1st Pic :
Sara : Babe don't forget , we have exam today so if you have anything you don't understand you can ask me before the exam .
Sara's bf : I studied hard yesterday so I think I'm ready.

2nd Pic :
Random girl : You seem you are getting better at this Rach.
Rachel : Oh this is nothing , I'm just warming up haha.

3rd Pic :
Rachel might have one or two more meals while going to her class.
Off screen character : So Rachel how many do you have in there ?.
Rachel : Why you are asking ? , do you want to increase the number ?.
Meanwhile Sara was thinking of her bf since he didn't show up yet while hearing Rachel's big belly digesting everything inside it.

4th Pic :
In the next day Sara got worried because her bf didn't show up yesterday for the exam and he don't answer his phone but she didn't give up so she kept calling him at morning .
Rachel : Damn this phone it has been ringing non stop since yesterday .... You own me one John , now you will be the school Quarter back after the candidate "mysteriously" disappeared .
At that point Sara was shook because she heard her bf phone ringing inside Rachel's belly ... At first she didn't believe it but she became sure that what happened to him because he used a special ringtone when Sara call.
