Added 2025-01-03 17:51:29 +0000 UTCJust a simple rebuild of the last version for the new tier system, and a few platform specific fixes that have no effect on the final binary, just made the CI system a lot less "oopsy woopsy it didn't work", speeding up building and testing.

Notes:
All NVIDIA specific features require a NVIDIA Tensor 1.0 or better GPU, such as the NVIDIA RTX 2060, as well as the matching NVIDIA Broadcast SDK Redistributable for that GPU.
Known Issues/Quirks:
#22 Sinks now always request an update from a Spout if said Spout has not updated yet.
Shaders filters sometimes render nothing at all, even if they usually would.
Shaders incorrectly reset to the first technique every time.
Possible Active/Visible state corruption from multiple Spout/Sink in the same scene.
