Today I realised it was the first time in years that I put on shorts and a top and I didn't criticise myself straight away. Usually I point out what I think are flaws, when in fact those are just insecurities.
It might sound crazy for some people. I've had people kinda dismissing my insecurities all because I've always been super skinny. But being skinny doesn't mean "no insecurities".
Today I felt really good in my own body. Felt confident and wanted to post these pictures. Maybe on other days where I feel insecure, I can look at this and remember what I felt today.
