April Rewards Have Been Sent

Hello everybody, I just finished sending out April's reward emails. Since DMs aren't working for me right now I'm going to attempt to answer the usual questions I get each month with a little mini-FAQ.

I didn't get an email. Why?
- If you are currently a patron but did not receive an email, it could be for multiple reasons. Normally it's because your payment did not process. If your pledge didn't process, see if you can correct the issue and just contact me once it's resolved. The other reason you may not have gotten an email is because you pledged after the last post of the month. Since my Patreon collects pledges per post instead of monthly (which each Wilson comic page counting as a "post"), you won't be charged anything for the month if you pledged after the last page is posted, thus getting no rewards.

I only got a few of the rewards, but not all of them. Why?
- Patrons get the rewards from the weeks that they pledged. If you pledged later in the month or cancelled your pledge partway, then you'll receive fewer folders in your email, with each folder corresponding to a week. This month there were only three posts, though, so you would have only have received three folders at maximum.

I didn't cancel my pledge, but I didn't receive the rewards from the later weeks. What happened?
- You've probably got your pledge set to automatically cancel once a certain limit is reached. This happens to a lot of people without them realizing it. Check to see if you have a limit set on your pledges, and then you can remove it if you want to from there.

I asked to have my rewards sent to me through DM. How do I get them now?
- For now I'm just going to keep checking to see if DMs get fixed, and I'll send them as soon as I can. If they're still broken in two days then I'll figure something else out, but I'm hoping this issue will be resolved before then.

None of the above apply to me, but I still didn't get an email/the rewards I expected?
- In that case I probably just missed your name on the list or typed your email wrong. Just let me know in the comments and I will look into it when I can.

Hopefully that answers most of your questions. I normally prefer to use DMs to resolve pledge issues since sometimes it involves things like over-drafted accounts. At any rate, please be sure to save your rewards before the end of the month since I clear out my Drive account then. Also be aware that rewards are watermarked; please do not share or repost them.
