An update, finally!

Looks like it's time for a much needed update. Things have been getting quite hectic in the Compact Youmuverse. Been busy, is what I want to say, and you can read all about that on the sub-reddit if you're inclined. But I'm putting aside some time to update my Patrons on what is going on and what will be happening soon enough.

First off, the short teaser, the one that I said was almost done about two months ago. To summarize the journal entry, I got three commissions around the start of the month and that really postponed a lot of things. But I got them done and went back to finally finishing the footage. Thankfully there wasn't much left, just touch up a few background elements and edit the assets on the video editor. I'd say the footage is now 99% done and I will be posting the final footage for the Final Boss and Extra Stage Bosses here on Patreon first. Then in around a week later, I will make the video public on YouTube.

After that, I'll be doing some clean up for both here on Patreon and Ko-fi. It's been like a year since I came to these fundraising platforms and I feel like some things may be outdated. I'm also updating the commissions on Ko-fi and figured I should also consider the Patreon page to see what might need changing here. I'll be going through everything and updating to better reflect the changes that have been made.

And lastly, I haven't forgotten the Touhou 8 Madness video. Even though the 20th anniversary for IN had past, I still intend to finish this massive project. It's just that things have change so dramatically since I decided to make that video that finding time to work on this has been a bit of a challenge. But I'm now making plans on getting some kind of schedule going to keep making parts for that series that is bound to be feature length for sure. At this moment, the next part will be created after the next Parsee video, which I believe may be done sometime by the end of this month, or if not, then early December. It's hard to predict when these videos will be made, but for sure, another part will be created and a schedule will be in place.

That's all I have for now and as always, I thank you for your support. There's still bigger and better just waiting to be created, but we just gotta be patient. But for sure, it will be worth it.
