It's been a while since doing an end of the month post, but that's honestly only because I felt like I had nothing to really say that would have been different from the last one. I've been fiddling with brushes in Krita and doing sketches, commission and comic work, but other than that nothing really profound or noteworthy, until this month that is.

September 2023 - Update

Since restarting work on the Eyes on the Prize comic, I've been having a lot of troubles with art in general, and I reasoned that I'm juggling too many project ideas that are far too different from each other to get into a proper "flow" with them. Commissions haven't been that easy to work with, comic pages have a ton of fiddly bits that I'm simply not used to working with, etc.

March 2023 - Update

I'm sure you've noticed, but I had no PSDs to post. I spent most of my time working on the EotP page (and being fatigued), and, I've also been using Krita, which uses their own file format.

Krita uses .kra files, naturally. This is something that's actually been spreading to other drawing programs, which is making me question the PSD format lately.

Clipstudio uses .clip files.

I didn't have much to say for the past few months as I've honestly mostly been struggling with certain things in art that I felt like were not actually all that note-while to mention, so I didn't write anything at all. But, now I feel like I do!

End of the Month Post - September 2022

The start of the month was pretty good. I tried out my new stream/drawing schedule, but after only 2 days I dropped it, and now aim for much more relaxed times. September has been the month of “I’m tired.” and while I did get an ‘adequate’ amount of work done, it could have been more. I had a lot of days where I struggled to even focus on anything, with my head in a sort of warm foggy daze. Odd to explain, but there it is.

I’m doing a lot more sketch work, rather than line-art. I don’t actually like doing line-art pieces all that much, and I feel like I have more freedom with sketches. I have a good feeling I'll be finishing up SaD in the middle of October, this month.

I'm honestly not sure how I want go about posting it, but what is most likely to happen is that Patreon posts will get the "early posting" treatment. I'll probably go with a weekly posting schedule, but after that I don't know.

I feel pretty lame for yet another one of "these types of months," but I honestly won't have very much to offer again. I'm really sorry about that.

The main reason for the absence of content is because of my right wrist/hand, aka my drawing hand. I was simply unable to use it for about 3 weeks, as moving it, let alone trying to use it, let to a very annoying amount of pain and ache. Tier Changes + Adding a new 4th Tier! : Titanfort.

As the title states, I'm changing some of the tiers names around, and adding in a new thing for time-lapses. I'm not sure what the limit with file management is with Patreon, nor if I'll be doing everything from here on out, if that makes sense.

There are certain bits of content I feel like I cannot, within good faith, share with the rest of the world, such as hard details on Character Sheets or some comics. Maybe. Hard to say for now, as I don't actually have ...

Thoughts on content.

It's not all that important, but I'm thinking I might do an "end of month post" for things like sketches and put them in a batch. As it is, the art I do is a bit random and sometimes I feel like the content doesn't really call for a post on it's own. So, I'll gather up all the bits, Full-Resolution pics, Posting-Resolution pics, and their respective PSDs For simpler viewing / downloading here.

Posting on Patreon

So I'm finally going to use Patreon again. Granted, I still don't have a lot to offer, but it's better than letting it sit here.

I'll be reposting any and all full resolution pictures under 1$ subs, as is typically needed for Patreon anyway.

I think later down the line when I get more comics and such done I'll throw up a $2-$5 sub for full resolution comics.

Obviously regular resolutions will be readily available everywhere else, that will not change.
