I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK !!!

OMG Hello everyone! I'm so excited that it's a bit difficult to type this lol.

So finally I got my account back after a few days, what happened was not very clear to me.

But what can I say it's this, I've been having problems for 2 months getting my payouts, finally solved it last month but after that, they switched my account to +18, I was not happy about it because my content it's not explicitly n s f w, but after a few days I was like Ok whatever no biggie...

Then a few days later I received a notice that I needed to verify my identity, which took me by surprise because I lost my ID recently. I couldn't find it anywhere so I went to make a new one, but getting this new ID would take a few more days and I had a deadline to submit my ID and selfie and stuff.

Finally found my lost ID and started the process to verify my identity, and once again problems... The software Patreon uses is called Jumio and it would not run properly either on my phone app or 3 web browsers on my phone (and I have a phone with a GOOD camera, Samsung S24+) but would give me an error to start the process.

Finally, I tried Chrome (on my phone) and that worked, it would open up the camera and stuff but still, it wouldn't "recognize" my ID and would ask me to do it all over again, I was pissed off at this point.

So then I tried again (all of this stuff took a few days to solve) and I was able to submit my ID pics and selfie, BUT THEN I got immediately suspended because "they" (who?? of course, it was automated bc it was instantly after) couldn't verify my ID. I was devastated, to say the least.

So being suspended means that I couldn't post anything, see my PMs, or RESPOND to my PMs (there is one member in the Commission tier that I contacted via Gmail, if you're reading this please check your email :)). Basically, I was left with nothing to do but submit a support ticket and wait until someone would give me more directions or SOMETHING.

Then one hour ago I got a notification that read something like Thanks for submitting your info, your account is back to normal. I got teary-eyed. And I don't easily cry but all that has been happening with me and Patreon made me quite sad.

Anyway, I'm so relieved now. I will be changing a few things to protect my account in the future (because as a +18 you're more at risk of getting banned).

But finally, I can say that I'm back at it :)

And the next sim is Jinx (LoL / Arcane) :D So stay tuned!!
