Anyone having trouble with Tray Importer after Update?
Added 2025-02-26 15:31:17 +0000 UTCI believe it was yesterday that the game was updated?? I've been trying to save/back up a WIP version of this sim to upload today after I finish some more details, but when I click on Save - Include CC, this pops ups and it just crashes afterwards. This has never happened to me before. I'm a bit flabbergasted lol, WTH.

More info: This is happening on my "clean" installation, where I only have 25 GB of CC (around 20 GB of that is new CC I've been downloading), and the rest are essential mods I use for pictures and stuff.
Also, this installation is on Steam (free base game without any expansions) and in English.

2025-03-09 16:10:45 +0000 UTCHello Paul! I found a small way around it that may help you, I will post about it later! As I'm currently working on the sim on the picture for my paid members. To be honest, I don't think the tray importer is going to receive an update soon if ever, the creator does not seem to be active, but I hope we do! Because this set us back a lot !! I couldn't make the tray importer work in any way. Unfortunately, I think it's a problem of compatibility between this software and the latest game update. I thought it was a problem with my newest CC, but nah. It crashes with any new sim created, but it doesn't with any of my previous sims (created before the update).

2025-02-28 07:44:48 +0000 UTCHi, how are you? I've also had the same problem, it seems to be the tray importer. Even when you save a sim without any cc it gives the same error. I hope they update the tray importer.
