Patreon Tiers Now Linked with Discord

I’ve connected our Discord server with Patreon, and now each tier has its own dedicated private channel on the server.
All your Patreon posts will also be available inside Discord, organized by your tier. This is currently a test phase, and I'm still adjusting things to make sure everything works properly.
