Everything you were, everything you will be, everything you can be, your "self" was in her control. That must have been the fear at least. No being, not even other Gods, can understand the process of a deity. She was always in this position, any fears were unfounded and born out of a jealous seed of power. To think you could have done a better job was ignorance at best.
Without Appraisal, beings will disappear without any hint of their existence. We will never know the damage of her being gone because she was there to let us know. She was the god of who you are, will be, and could be. Nothing will be forgotten, because there'll be nothing to remember. That's the real danger.
Tomorrow you will wake up and your best friend has never existed. Everything that you've ever done with them is gone and hasn't even left a hole. Everything sticks back together, crafting a new narrative that you were always a part of. There are no questions, there were no answers. You might have a new best friend, you might have always been alone, that's what your life is. It is what it has always been.
You cannot kill a God.
But someone tried.
And we need her.

Appraisal's original God form from before she mysteriously disappeared. Currently no one who can help her knows where she's went and fears for the worst. A lot of her design seems different but a lot of core design ideas have stayed the same. Her giant eyes with small pupils, her small chest with minor pectus excavatum (indent), her comically large ass. What do you think about this version of Appraisal?
