Casted Madison

While Madison's arm is repaired, nurses have created a fake arm cast around a foam tube.
They decided to go with something very bulky and heavy in order to immobilize Madison for a while, they know her illusions are quite fragile and she still believe to have two arms, so without a such immobilizing cast she may wonder why she can't use her other arm.
