I wanted to shift away from regular vampires and witches, and as soon I selected Miss43 (last year was Abi, so..) the idea immediately popped in.
however, I'm not 100% sure that everybody will get the reference, for people not familiar with japanese culture, that's probably toally opaque.
Kasa-Obake is a Yokai, a traditional monster in Japanese folklore. I know there's also versions with arms, but the one I discovered first is the armless one.
