I think I have probably got about as fat as I am likely to get on my own. I have hit a plateau. That said I see gaining as a luxury so don't feel automatically entitled to have feeders. If I get one great. If not I accept I am competing with so many gainers with various things going for them that I don't. I am not a bad size now anyway but now and then have powerful urges to be much bigger.

Thank you and yes that’s exactly why the sign says EXTRA calories. This method only works if the 1000 daily calories are on top of your BMR (Base Metabolic Rate) needs. I will be doing a follow up video to explain the importance of BMR

This doesn't take into account that the extra weight requires calories to maintain it. The fatter you get the higher your base calories needed to maintain that weight until an equilibrium is reached. I can only imagine how fat everyone might get if there wasn't this counterbalance equilibrium. The bigger you get the more calories it takes to gain more. It might not be as dramatic for the first 100 pounds but eventually an extra bag of Doritos won't be enough.
On the fip side. The fatter you get the more your appetite increases. Now that it takes more calories just to maintain your body then your body will hunger for more calories. At least enough for maintaining your weight.
