i needed to mention this on the fact that he is weak to Force Lightning is because of his suit not just the cybernetics Sidious had his suit designed to not only keep him alive but to keep him in check cause Vader IS stronger than Sidious. the suit itself weighs 264 pounds thats why he is so damn slow and why he cant really run, the cybernetics assist him in walking. its also highly uncomfortable which makes him really pissed off all the time. the chamber we see him in, in one of the movies, was the only place he was able to comfortably live and breath without dying. so every time you see him in that suit take note of the fact he is living in constant anguish and pain every second he is basically walking. Sidious is a sick human being
