Peterheim Gummies - Uncut Footages (Plus Extra Unused Stuff)

So here's a short compilation of some of the shots used in the shorts. Some of the shots are lengthy for the sake of making sure there's enough footage in case we want the pacing to be different. It's a shame that we can't use the full footage, especially since a lot of these take so long to render, so here we go. Also, there are a couple of shots that didn't make it to the final cut (just three of em here).

"New Bean Animation Short # 7 (2025)" Preview

"New Bean Animation Short # 6 (2025)" Preview

A little fun fact for the next Bean short! The beans are usually animated on 2s, meaning they skip a frame after each frame to give it a bit of a stop-motion feel. When working on this particular shot in Blender, the bean is waving a flag. The flag itself uses Blender’s cloth physics, but unfortunately, there’s no native way (at least that I know of) to have the cloth simulate at the same frame rate as the bean (12fps).

Bird here! Doing the work this time around and sharing a preview for the next bean short that's coming in a few days. I still have a few things to work on it, mainly just the 2d elements that I'm gradually integrating more and more into the shorts. Also played around with the shaders for this one to have a more stylized smoke particle system for the jetpack as shown in the gifs.
