Getting a CPAP 4
Added 2020-11-27 02:33:04 +0000 UTCI finally got my sleep test results in a phone call today. How many times did I stop breathing during a 5-6 hour sleep? The number is shocking and it confirms that I indeed have severe sleep apnea. I have an appointment on Wednesday to get my machine and hopefully I’ll finally have a good nights sleep for the first time since I was a kid.
Thank you for sticking with me through all this. I have a feeling that I’m going to be a whole new person next week.

When I got my sleep study I had stoped breathing 88 times an hour. First night I was on my bipap I didn’t move for almost 8 hours. Now I wake up daily with so much energy. You will love it.
