Sloppy Deep Fried Potato Slices Recipe

1. Steam potatoes until cooked, cool in fridge an hour.  (I used red potatoes).

2. Heat up deep fryer or heat some oil in a deep pan.

3.  Remove potatoes from fridge, cut length-wise in 1/2" to 1" thick slices.

4.  Fry in hot oil 10 minutes, until outside is crispy and getting golden.  Remove from oil.

5.  Arrange on big plate, cover in shredded cheese, sour cream, bacon, and diced chives.

6.  Consume.   Remember to take time to breathe while you gorge.
