Dev Update #1 - D.I.E.T. - 0.38.0

Hey everyone - wanted to give some details as to the development of the next update and what adjustments are being made from the original plan.

Originally, this update was going to have a "fatphobic" and a "fat admirer" path, where a few choices in the beginning determines how the player reacts to the changes in Svetlana. However, we've gotten a bit of scope creep with this update and the fatphobic route is an entire update on its own.

Because of that, I've made the decision to split Svetlana's story into two updates (similar to what we did with Zoe's update). However, we won't make you wait as long for the alternate path. Instead of a 2 month development cycle, it will be a 1 month cycle for the fat admirer path.

Additionally, I have a tentative roadmap for future updates (see below):

December 2025 = Svetlana Fatphobic
January 2026 = Svetlana Fat Admirer
March 2026 = TBD
May 2026 = TBD (Likely split update again)
June 2026 = TBD (Likely second part of split update)
August 2026 = TBD
October 2026 = Halloween Update (Story of mine I'm working on)
December 2026 = TBD

Since the roadmap is tentative, things are always subject to change. I also had another writer reach out to me recently that has been casually working on a storyline (I love their script so far) and hope things get fleshed out eventually. If it all does go according to plan, one of the updates will also be from another writer. It's always great to see other writers in the community get involved in D.I.E.T. and helping to make their stories come to life.
