End of Month Update July 24'

Ah I can feel the art engines revving right now! It may be the end of the month, but I will say that this has been a super inspiring month of work! Got to play around with a lot of different ideas, create a new OC, and overall just have fun with stuff during my comic break. It's a little bit too easy to get lost in the muck when your always focusing on the big project, but these little sort of breathers do wonders for getting the art juices running :3!

So at the moment I've been doing a lot of prep work for my second comic break month in August! At the moment I'm starting to do a lot of the detail cleanup needed to start on my next massive painting. Usually once a year I like to try and go all out for a painting as a real test of what I've learned over the course of the year, and for this one I really want to go all out! Got a couple other fun things in this post for Sokie! Had a blast drawing up a quick sketch of Sokie and Mulch (belongs to Knave of Clubs) fighting over a hose X3! Likewise I added some other details to Sokie's ref sheet and cleaned it up in general!

Alright on to August's updates and plans!

Project Vault Illustration: This is going to probably be my main focus this month! Been working on roughing out perspective stuff at the moment with it, and will be doing some color comps this weekend to make sure it has a color and lighting scheme that I am happy with! Once that is done, oh boy is it painting time <3!

Wandering Puppet References: Been finally doodling up some reference stuff for the first major enemy for Project Vault! I got at the lines done for the Externals, and now need to work on doodling up the internals for them!

Inteleon Day: Hey it's a time of year that I have to go crazy with Pohā :3!!! Got a initial sketch idea worked out for a speed paint so I'll be focusing on that so that I've got a pic ready to go before the 18th!!
