The marauders Map was made by lupin, petigrew, James and Sirius its weird that they didnt explain that in the movie. Also every Wizard has a different animal as a patronus, Harrys dad James had a stag as a patronus thats why harry thought it was his dad who conjured it. Also when lupin and the gang were students in Hogwarts, Remus had to Go into the shrieking shack once a month when he was transforming into a Werwolf, james, sirius and Petigrew found out and turned into animagi so they could chill with Lupin while hes a Werewolf. James (Harrys dad) could Turn into a stag, Sirius into a dog and petigrew into a rat. Just so you know, the movies are maybe 40% of the books content, maybe less. Most questions you have are explained in the books :)
