2024-03-23 12:57:10 +0000 UTCI KINDA get the hate for Cecil, he is an Amanda Waller type.... but he's definitely WAY better than Waller. He actually means well when it comes down to it. He's just a very "secret govt organization" way of showing it, and a "do w/e it takes" mentality. But I feel like in a lot of situations, Waller would keep pushing no matter how much ppl say no to her bullshit (or rather she doesn't let ppl say no at all), whereas Cecil knows when to back off (and also let's them have the option to say no).
