And I agree with everyone else about the recaps ^ but surprisingly, this episode covered more than I thought it would.

Also, they probably have the episode blocked out and know where they want to end the season, and I guess there was just a lot of space left over with the content they wanted each episode to cover. It's a pain in the ass, but it is what it is. I wanna say they definitely could've blocked out the episodes a bit different to give us significantly less excessive recap, but I wasn't there working on it so who knows. That's really my only issue with the adaptation, though. I don't feel like the recap content is ruining the anime or anything. It's annoying, but other than that it's been a very great adaptation, imo.
