2023-06-19 03:57:30 +0000 UTCThe whole Muzan origin I believe implies that the doctor was in the middle of a lengthy process that was eventually going to cure Muzan, but because Muzan is impatient and just a poc overall he killed the doctor before he could start the Lilith dosage of the process. By doing do Muzan stopped the medication before it could be finalized resulting in unforseen results. When Muzan went through the belongings of the doctor he found out about the Lilith part and has been trying to figure out what that part of the medication entails, but that answer died with the doctor.
