Aurelia's legs

Yes,there's no articulation at all. She would not be able to move them.

The goal is to wiggle in order to try to move forward.

I saw some videos with this kind of prosthetics, but usually for children, and of course, way lower...

You're missing two key design elements. First, the foot plates are tilted slightly, so the outer edges do not touch the floor when she is stationary. Second, there's a spring-loaded swivel joint on each leg, either at the hip or at the ankle. In use, she'd tilt to the right and when the right foot plate is flat on the floor the left is about 1 cm above the floor and by twisting the left foot can be advanced from 5 to 8 cm. Then she rocks the other way, the right plate comes up and can be advanced from 5 to 8 cm. Note that a simple throw rug is an impassible barrier to this type of prosthesis.

And usually for DHD amps! How can she wiggle if there's no lower body and a pelvis?!

That could easily end up badly for Aurelia!
