We've already seen in the episode 2x08 that Sana Sunomiya (the former president of the Art Club) is a black belt in judo. I think that the author himself has additionally revealed that she also practices kendo. Her little cousin (BTW her name is Hana Sunomiya) might be into martial arts as well, judging by the way she takes those combat stances and by the fact that she is not afraid to confront Gamo. Perhaps ninjutsu? (She did run like Naruto in this episode and the previous one.)
