2023-01-07 02:51:18 +0000 UTCCautiously optimistic about this one. So far the plot is kind of cliché, but it was enjoyable overall. It is being written by Gen Urobuchi, best known for writing the Fate/Zero light novel, the Song of Saya visual novel, Madoka Magica, and Psycho Pass, and fairly well known for making fucked up stories. While he has worked on some of best anime out there, he's been kind of on a cold streak recently. This is being animated by Ajia-Do, of which I enjoyed Ascendance of a Bookworm alot, and few other animes I enjoyed like the Genshiken OVA, though more of due to their writing and not exactly their animation. Probably will do the three episode rule to see if I'm still interested.
