Project Android Report #6

Another month, another project report!!
So this one is really important because I need to talk about what is put into making a game and how long it's going to take.

This Nature of this game is getting more and more solid as days pass. Meetings with my co-writer have made this project go so smooth and clear. We've both decided how to go ahead with making and writing the beginning of the game. I know it's been a long time in the process of even crafting this game but making a game takes a long time.. and money.

"What do you mean money?" Is the first thing I'm gunna talk about. Money for a game is used to just live and make sure the game is worth making, pays for materials and other things that cost money and just generally how much time you can dedicate to something without worrying that you're not spending time on something more important. Of course this project to me is very important, but because I'm also drawing for patreon, commissions and personal work as well as trying to balance a healthy life besides that. That's why I decided in the first place to open up a 7 dollar tier on here to make some money and keep the train of development rolling. I've finished and got so far on so many elements in this project thanks to the small amount of supporters I have already! It means so much to me....

This game is not going to be done in 2020, it might not even be done in 2021 without more focus... But why? Project Android so far has gone from a visual novel with a few weight gain sequences to something I want to dedicate a lot of attention to and make my large project. This doesn't mean it's going to be something that never comes out! There's a lot of measures in place, as well as a lot of things that are solidified (not going to change), that makes this a really smooth process. There's just a LOT of work to be done by two people. All of the art is done by myself, and even though all of the sprites for the main character are done. By the time I want to put them together they're going to need some fixing up.

This isn't just an average fetish game. In-fact due to a lot of elements this game tackles and presents, it also isn't even directly a fetish game in nature. "Woah woah woah," you might be saying, "Why am I even paying and funding for this game if it's not a weight gain fetish game?!" Well the thing is... It is a weight gain focused game. The main character gains weight, a lot of it, through out the whole game AND the whole game is about her weight gain. So don't panic when I say it's not an outright fetish game. I just mean that I will be posting about it everywhere because I believe in this project so much.

I just want to say again, Thank you so much for supporting me on this project. It's tough to show something so grand and new every month when a lot of it involves story and I don't have very many visual aspects to show off. If you are interested in more conceptual document things or where the team's headspace is let me know!!

Next time I hope to tell you all that a lot of the intro of the game has been taken care of and maybe see an early peek at the dialog! If not I'll be sure to be transparent with everything! I want to let you know that this is a game that you'll absolutely want to play if you love Weight Gain, Visual Novels, Cute Robot girls, Mysteries and games like Subserial Network and Analog: A Hate Story. If you like even ONE of these things you're gunna have a GREAT time.
