Doomtrooper - Run Billy Run - Doing Hard Time

The Trooper stepped on the back of Billy's legs and forced him to kneel.  Locked the shackles behind Billy's back.  As the men on the other side of the screen read Billy's crimes out loud, Billy tried to look away, but the massive Trooper next to him palmed Billy's head and jerked his head up and forward so he had to look at the screen. Billy numbly looked on as the men spoke, it was only when the wealthy man in the suit said, "General, you told me that you could provide the punishment a piece of shit like this deserves. The punishment a normal prison would never subject him to." 

"That is correct Senator. We can end this here and now." The massive uniform man on screen said. The Trooper massive gloved hand squeezed his head so hard that Billy whimpered. "Or we can make sure this piece of shit pays every day for the rest of his life. It is your choice Senator. Major Hammeritti  there can dispose of this trash for you right now or the Major is more that capable of beginning the punishment of this sad excuse of a man." 

Billy held his breath as the Senator, the man was a Senator now. He had killed the son of a Senator. "Major" the senator began,  "the General told me you would catch this man and you did. The General says that you and your fellow Troopers can make this piece of trash regret ever day for the rest of his life. Can you do this for me Major?" The Senator said with rage and pain in his voice. The massive man standing next to Bill said, "We can Senator."  The senator eyes stared into Billy's own. Billy tried to show defiance, but the fear in his bowels reflected in his eyes. Nodding his head, the Senator said, "I don't want to ever see this man again, but I want to know that he is paying for my sons life.  The courts cannot give me justice, but you can give me revenge." 

The General nodded to Major Hammeritti and the screen went black.
