Typical punk, no heart or balls. With a smirk the Trooper knew that in a few hours this fuckers fate would be decided. With disdain the Trooper kicked Billy over on to his stomach. Reaching down the Troopers stuck his gloved hand into the massive steel collar he locked around Billy's neck and lifted the 290 pound man like he weighed nothing. The Trooper turned and started walking from under the abandoned overpass, dragging Billy by his collar as if he were a sack of crap.
