Hi, everyone. Today's update will be short as life is currently outrageously busy again. This week is likely to be the worst of the lot, and then hopefully some semblance of normality will return. So I don't have much to show or tell today, nor much time to write a creative post.
The good news is that work does continue behind the scenes and we should be able to have a look at some more previews soon. The maps for Chapter 6 are done, the writing is 95% done, the coding is all done, and I can now play the quest from start to finish, and the renders are probably about 40% done - which doesn't sound like a lot, but they tend to go quite quickly once I get properly going with them, especially with some new techniques I've successfully trialled recently that allow me to make pieces for composite images more quickly while still keeping file size bloat to a minimum.
I have decided that the opening of Act 2 will not be in this update, and will once again be handled by a mini-update afterwards. This is to ensure you get the new content on time, and means I'll be under less pressure and will be able to properly update the school day ready for the new stuff as I did with Avenging Angel Aftermath.
I'll be back Wednesday with a public post, but otherwise, on with the insanity that is my life currently!
