Roll for Initiative

Hi everyone, I'm sorry today's update is a day late. Life, you know. But the good news is that I've made a lot of progress on the game this week, and while I still can't talk about a lot of it, one hint I can drop is that a decent chunk of this chapter will be leaning into some of the strengths of RPG Maker, once again demonstrating why I chose this engine over Ren'Py.
Which got me thinking. The ongoing poll on the combat overhaul and its associated discussion has already given me interesting data on how people choose to enjoy the game, so I'm interested in digging a little more into that today with a supporter poll. I may open the question out to the wider public later.
Now we've already established that people like choices, so I'm not going to ask about the choice-based element of the game as it's well established that everyone likes that. But I am interested to know what other elements of the game you like (besides the smut, obvs.)
Please vote for as many options as you like, and have a great weekend!

It should trigger roughly 1/3 days. I'll have a look at the code, it's probably time to upgrade home events to the same system as school events anyway where nothing is repeated until everything has been seen since last time.

2024-02-25 10:34:21 +0000 UTCI've only seen it once in like my 6th playthrough. And it triggered early in the game when coming out of the room. Maybe it's my bad luck but I think it doesn't trigger in later chapters or has a really low probability.

I totally understand, that most people don't care. The Missypedia entries are one thing, but the gallery room seems even more important, since it reveals missed content. And I have one missing! Can someone tell me how to unlock the "Karen in the bath" memory? It's the one to the far right in the "Home Scenes" category. I swear I checked that goddamn bathroom more often than the one in my own apartment.
