Manaphy has no gender and the user Evelynn did not specify it either, so I thought it would be good to do it male, because I think that milotic looks better if it's female. You will tell me if you like it or not.

Well to be fair, there are canonically many different pokemon universes. Soooo, it'd be easier for that to be true than to be false.

2018-09-03 22:44:16 +0000 UTCYes, it's a good way to see it. I like to think that every legendary there is a male and female version, in the same way that you can have a legendary repeated in the games. And then each artist draws according to the genre that they likes the most.
