The app comes in a self-extracting archive. You can either run the exe to let it extract itself, or extract it with 7-zip if that makes you feel better.
Windows doesn't seem to like unknown EXEs, so it may block you from running the self-extractor. To unblock it, simply follow these instructions:

In addition to what Blacky said, some other things you can try: 1. Open regedit (WinKey + R, "regedit"). Then, go to "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\FurryVNE Team\FurryVNE". Delete all contents. 2. In Windows Explorer, go to %appdata%/FurryVNE. Delete ZFBrowser and cache folders. All the best. - odes

Press WinKey + R. 3. Paste the string "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\FurryVNE Team\FurryVNE\Player.log" 4. This will open text editor with the file. I am having a weird issue: I parent a hand to a breast and that seems OK but if I then save and reload the interaction the hand shifts a few inches from where it was when I saved. The same thing happens if I create a new step. It seems fine until I duplicate the default timeline and at that point the hand shifts. Also seems to happen with the butt so maybe it's a softbody issue.

We haven't been able to reproduce the problem. If you can provide your Player.log, we may be able to find something. In this updated version, I was able to use the software normally without VPN enabled, but this time the situation is: After the software is started, the screen first turns black, and then the screen turns gray, this situation lasts about 6 seconds, and finally the screen returns to normal, and all functions and function keys can be used normally. Although I do not know what the reason is, I still hope that the team can pay attention to this abnormal problem.
