New public release - 0.2.4

While WIP builds will be more frequent than public ones, it's our intention to never hold back a bug fix from our users. I.e., WIP builds should contain new features, improvements and characters - not bug fixes [of previous problems], as those fixes are entitled to everyone.
Please note there's a big difference between a bug fix and an improvement though. A bug fix is something that is a fix of something causing unintended behavior, while an improvement makes a previous intended behavior even better.
