Emilio's (Cindi's Father) Barbershop in GTA

I recorded a short video of where Emilio's barbershop is located, roughly in real-life LA and non-roughly in GTA5. Just imagine the red car in the video is Cindi.
Cindi hung around 'the beach comber' with her daddy all her years growing up, and now as an adult and legal driving age she drops him off every morning. Usually meeting Ashley near by, hit the closest changing stall to dress and go to bi-pedal mode to walk the beach, shop, hang out at a gasoline shop (coffee shop) or whatever it is girl cars do with their day.
