Ashley's a barely clothed sleeper, she prefers the feeling of her bare skin under the sheets plus she gets hot easy. Though that's also why she has the constant problem of the family dog sleeping inside her clothes when they're laying on the ground. Seeing as she's trying to drift off to sleep she's slowly undressing as she goes. I assume she means to just slip her pajama pants and her panties got kinda pulled down with them. After kicking the pajamas off I'm sure she'll probably pull up and snap those tight lil undies back up on her butt. lol
