The Pit Battle Map - Release

This week we are taking the location out into the dry air of the desert! This wilderness map release also comes with the aforementioned release of the new Legend tier benefits! As stated earlier this week, Boss/Player tokens will now be an additional benefit (1-2x per month) for Legends at no additional cost. Let's jump in!

The base map releasing to the Barbarian tier takes place in the middle of a desert. This particular desert scene isn't desolate, as there is still palm trees, cacti, and other shrubbery to indicate that somewhere nearby may be a water source. In the center of the map lays a deep depression that I have chosen to call "The Pit." To climb down I'd definitely say players would need to make an acrobatics check to safely execute safe passage. What they may find down there, is completely up to you though!

The Death Knight tier will be getting a themed aspect to The Pit. You'll see that this map comes with holes/caves along the walls of The Pit. Surrounding these entrances are evanescent shrubbery, eggs, and mushrooms that give off an eerie glow. What could be causing this glow? What lies within these holes? Well, to that end, I have added an additional map for Death Knights that I took the liberty to throw in what lies beneath The Pit. As night falls, the similarly evanescent giant centipede comes out to scavenge for food! In this case, your party may just be what he had on the menu. This giant centipede is 20 feet in length and has hind pincers that could possibly come with a very poisonous sting. This creature should bring an entertaining fight for your players to engage with!

The Necromancer and Legend tiers will be getting a a scythe crafted by the artist César Ayala and authored by myself. The Necromancer tier will be getting the scythe artwork by itself with a transparent background while the Legend tier will be getting the "Emerald Plague." Keeping with the poisonous theme, this legendary weapon is considered a glaive weapon, containing poisonous magical properties. The Legend tier will be receiving this item also in digital card files. Additionally, the Legend tier will get access to the first release of tokens! This week the Lich Queen, crafted by the artist Ardian Hidayat, will become available for download in 3 different colors!

I'm thoroughly overjoyed with all that I'm able to deliver to you all which hopefully helps to enhance your digital tabletop experiences!
