Lmao it’s not main character powers being able to read Chinese. It’s been said a couple of times that Roselle Gustav (the Intis emperor from 150 years ago) was hinted to be someone from earth like Klein (isekai’d to this world) and he wrote these notebooks (diaries) in Chinese because no one else knows Chinese so it’s a good language to hide the information in
