Hm, yeah, the first half of the season is mostly A vs B, you'll have to wait for the second half to learn more. The sports festival really only highlighted four people from Class B, so this is our true introduction to most of them. Admittedly, I still don't know all their names, but I can list most of them by quirk now, so I'd say this arc succeeds at letting us get to know them better.
