2022-07-06 22:13:42 +0000 UTCSo the skull and crossbones symbol on the button Franky pushed I'm sure that you likely realize is the universal symbol for danger and not solely for use by pirates even in that world, specifically danger that could lead to death. It's used to signify plants and animals containing a deadly poison (as Chopper found out the hard way with Dr Doctrine), on signs warning people away from dangerous areas (due to lethal radiation, buried land mines, etc.) and even on buttons that you shouldn't push unless you're ready to die (like a self-destruct button.) But yeah, Franky definitely seems to have taken Tom's teachings to heart: when he causes a scene, he does so in a SUPER way.
