I’m excited to be on this journey again!! Hunter x Hunter is one of the greats. Just one thing, HxH was actually created before Naruto so Kurapika was around before Sasuke and you’ll see plenty of other similarities between the characters backgrounds

If you want more context to episode 1 then I suggest watching the first episode of the original older HxH anime as well since that will give you a lot more context to this episode and it will be very important for later on as well. You don't need to make a reaction to that older episode 1 xD I just wanted to let you know so later on you're not confused to whats going on.

2021-09-10 21:51:51 +0000 UTCNever watched HxH, but I think Gon Jump because he saw the Guy falling of the Ship. I doubt that Gon was like "they will definitely grab my legs". I don't think that Gon is mature or really knowledgable. Because when Mito said "It's a dangerous Job. You never know when you might lose your life! Don you understand" Gon answered with "I don't". So I guess Gon is not Smart on his own, I guess he is just a normal Kid. I think he is more the observant typ, he picks up the stuff that people do or say. Other than that, I guess he is just the Kid when it comes to his characteristics, young, always happy, carefree etc. At least that what it seems like to me after 1 Episode.
