So about Ramiris and her obsession with manga, as you may recall in the previous episode when she first showed up Rimuru placed her in Veldora's custody during the meeting (upon which she passed out. What it didn't show was that once she recovered Veldora kept Ramiris occupied by sharing with her the manga he was reading, and with her flighty and child-like personality she was instantly hooked. Also Treyni and her Dryad sisters were originally Ramiris's servants when she was the Queen of Spirits, then after her "disappearance" Vedora took them in until Rimuru came along. As for what the reason for her being separated from them, that's likely to be explained in the coming episodes so I'll refrain from posting it at this time. Now about Shion and her "interrogation" of the king and the other prisoners, Rimuru's only instruction to her was to not go overboard without any explanation of what he meant. To Shion, not going overboard likely meant to make sure that they're able to talk and that they don't die in the process. To quote Genie Jafar, "You'd be surprised what you can live through," and no doubt that Shion's abilities helped her to keep them alive though the process. Finally about Raphael's explanation that Clayman's tactic of using the lives of the Animal Kingdom's refugees to evolve into a demonlord between "premature", what she meant was that he was acting out of desperation. Twice now (that we know of) Rimuru has foiled his plans to become a true demonlord: first when he had his subordinate name Geld and set him loose on Jura Forest and it's inhabitants, and the second when he manipulated the Kingdom of Falmuth into attacking Tempest. In both instances he had a shield of deniability to hide behind: for Geld he could just say, "Hey, we just named the guy. It's not like we expected him to go off the rails like that!" whereas with Tempest he could just point the finger at Falmuth and say that he had nothing to do with it. Eurazania is another matter, however, as there exists a non-aggression treaty between the demonlords, one Clayman's trying to claim that Carrion violated by encouraging Rimuru to kill Mjurran. The "premature" part of Raphael's explanation is that Walpurgis, where Clayman is planning to air grievances against Carrion for "conspiring" with Rimuru and to request permission to declare war against Eurazania is to be held in 3 days. However, according to Souei's report, Clayman's troops will be invading the Animal Kingdom in just 2 days, before Walpurgis has begun. The reason for his doing so is probably so that Rimuru won't have a chance to get in his way this time. He likely is hoping that everyone will be too busy getting ready for Walpurgis to notice his troop's movements, and by the time the killing starts the other demonlords will all be there listening to his sob story. If anyone there is smart enough to realize that the war was fought before they gave him permission to do (assuming that they had) so he would probably be like, "What? I was here with you the whole time, so there's no way that I could have given them such an order. It's likely that Eurazania tried to finish what their leader started with Mjurran and my people fought back." Even if they voted against letting him have his war Clayman would likely play the "self-defense" card and he would possibly just have to offer up the life of the commander who led the attack as recompense: a small price (for him) to pay to become a true demonlord.

Regarding the dryads and Ramiris.. Ramiris was their mistress in the past. When they lost contact, the dryads became the managers of the forest. For them, this is a reunion with their previous "boss".
