They're actually written by different authors but supervised by the original author.
But yeah there is this one that starts after Orc Disaster, there is one that starts after Charybdis and there is another that starts after Volume 8 which would be like, after Season 3?

You should watch the "previews" at the end of the episodes because they aren't really previews but a continuation of the current episode and have little to nothing to do with the episode to come. For example, the preview shown here was Rimuru hiding from the others searching for him after he took their joke about eating slimes a little too seriously, but the next episode doesn't touch on that at all. Anyway I'm glad that you're enjoying this as much as I thought you would, and am looking forward to future episode reactions.

It is a fun series. There are actually multiple spin-off manga, all written by the main author but with different illustrators. This anime is based on one which begins, as noted, shortly after the Orc Disaster arc. There is another which begins after the Charybdis arc, and continues to the point where season 2 ended part 1. I would like to see that one get an anime treatment, as it shows some of the events Rimuru only heard about when he returned from the perspective of people who were there (the Farmus attack, specifically).
