With the Rumble Ball Chopper can improve the potential of his Devil Fruit and gains another 4 forms. The First Rumble Ball is save to use. The Second Rumble Ball is harder to controll if Chopper uses it in less then 6h from the First one. It's pretty random which Form he gets when he switches forms, like you could see. The Third Rumble Ball in that Time Frame and his Devil Fruits Power get out of controll.
