2021-01-13 18:16:53 +0000 UTCHere's my theorie as I have not read the manga: I think Eren is intentionaly making himself the Bad Guy and arch enemy. His goal is to force all Nations including the Eldians in the zone to band together, to take him down. He's might be trying to make Falco the hero to bring him down and unite all nations, so that there is peace (for a while) between the nations and the eldians after he got defeated. The war is going to end. The new world is forced to keep the peace, because if they don't, the new holder of the Ataack Titan will start arebelion again. And since Eren was killed and not eaten, they don't know, who is the new Attack Titan. In order to keep the enemy at bay, they have to keep peace and treat the people equaly or there will be war again.
